They were recruiting us to sit through the entire hour and half presentation which we were just not ready for when we checked in or we would have said no right away. We were approached as soon as we arrived and had to sit through a sort of time share spiel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is very popular, the first night we tried to go (at 7:30pm) we were told the wait was 2 hours.
The only tip I have is if you want to eat at the Italian restaurant, get there as soon as it opens. She made us feel like we were old friends always saying hi and asking us about our day and if there was anything she could do for us. The food was great, the service was amazing, especially Mori.
